These terms apply when you use Yameen. They are written to be read, not to be impenetrable — if anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it plainly.

01 Your account

You need an account to use Yameen, and the information you give us must be accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by users you invite, so keep your password to yourself and remove people who leave.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, and authorised to act for the workshop you register.

02 The free trial

Every new workshop gets 14 days free, with no card required. Nothing is charged automatically, and the trial does not silently roll into a paid plan.

At the end of the trial you choose a plan to keep using Yameen. Your data remains available while you decide.

03 Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in Bahraini dinar, at the price shown on our pricing page. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.

You can upgrade at any time, effective immediately. You can downgrade at any time, effective at your next billing date. You can cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not give partial refunds for unused time in a month, but we also will not charge you for a month you did not intend to start — if something has gone wrong, talk to us.

If we change our prices we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand, and the new price will not apply to a period you have already paid for.

04 Your data stays yours

You own everything you put into Yameen. We claim no rights over your customer list, your prices or your records, and we do not use them for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, you can export it before your account closes — we will not hold your records to make leaving harder.

05 Acceptable use

Use Yameen for running a workshop, lawfully. Do not attempt to break into other workshops' data, probe or attack the service, resell access, or upload anything unlawful.

You are responsible for having a proper basis to store the personal information you enter about your own customers, including national ID numbers.

We may suspend an account that is actively harming the service or other users. Where we can give warning first, we will.

06 Availability

We work to keep Yameen available and to protect your data, but no online service is available every second. We will give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can.

Yameen is provided as it is. We do not promise it is free of every fault, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

07 Ending the agreement

You can stop using Yameen and close your account at any time. We may end the agreement if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your data.

08 Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially we will tell you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Yameen afterwards means you accept the new version.

09 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. [Registered entity name, commercial registration number and registered address to be inserted before public launch.]
